The Petitioner seeks bail in Pipra P.S. Case No. 154 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner along with one Gajju Sahani were preparing illicit liquor and thereafter police raided the house of Gajju Sahani and recovered mahua country made liquor, plastic bottles filled with mahua, gas cylinder etc from the hut of Gajju Sahani.
In this manner, nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.
The petitioner is said to be in custody since

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of the petitioner for bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 154 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
