ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 12.2.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur, in Misc. Case No. 12 of 1998.

The Petitioner submits that he is unable to pay Rs.4,000/- as directed by the order dated 12.2.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur.

However, he is in a position to pay Rs.2,000/- which he is paying regularly.

On the last occasion, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on his behalf. Having considered the aforesaid submission, the
