The learned counsel, Mrs. Nutan Sahay for the Staterespondent No.1 is present. This application has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution for a direction to the respondent No.2 i.e. Registrar, Civil Court, Patna for disposal of eviction suit filed by the plaintiff-petitioner being Eviction Suit No.39 of 2010 pending before the Subordinate Judge III, Patna.
It may be mentioned here that the High Court exercises supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order of the Civil Court, against which, there is neither forum of appeal nor forum of revision. Here, there is no order before this Court. Therefore, there is no question of exercise of any judicial supervisory jurisdiction arises. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
