JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in Pipra P.S. Case No. 28 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-302, 201, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that FIR is against unknown. The name of petitioners came in confessional statement of co-accused Sachidanand Singh in para-89 of the C.D. Thereafter, confessional statement of petitioners was recorded in paragraphs-90 & 91 of the C.D. Co-accused namely, Sachidanand Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 04-04-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7674 of 2017. In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two
