ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No.111 of 2014 (G.R. Case No.1642 of 2014) for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Panchayat Secretary, who has been made responsible for issuing the appointment letters after due authorization of the concerned authorities.
Considering the role assigned to the Panchayat
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15378 of 2015 (4) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 Secretary with regard to the appointments of Niyojit Teachers of the Gram Panchayat, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No.111 of 2014 (G.R. Case No.1642 of 2014), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
