Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21391 of 2021(3) dt.04-01-2022 2/2 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The application against the petitioner no.1 and 2 does not press as there is specific allegation against them. So far as other s are concerned, there is no specific allegation or overt act as alleged against the petitioner no.3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. Therefore, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner nos. 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, While anticipatory bail application of the petitioner no.1 and 2 are dismissed.
