Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 169 of 2016 registered under Sections- 341, 342, 343, 324, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no occurrence as alleged ever took place, rather he has been made victim of false implication due to oblique and ulterior motive. There is no specific allegation against any of the accused persons. Petitioner never demanded any dowry nor subjected the informant to cruelty. Injury report does not support the allegations. Case No. 169 of 2016.
