Petitioner seeks bail in Kuchaykote P.S. Case No.392 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 467, 468, 414 Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) (b) (c), 38, 41(a) (b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Driver and Khalasi of the container has taken name of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid container. Petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2018 having clean antecedents.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that other co-accused have already been granted regular bail by coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 26.02.2019 passed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13554 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 in Cr. Misc. No.9221 of 2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj, in connection with Kuchaykote P.S.
