Petitioner seeks bail in Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S.Case No.89/15 registered for the offence under Sections 341,323,304B/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the court of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Naugachia, Bhagalpur. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner has already been rejected on merit by this Court vide Cr.Misc. No.1715/16 on 1.3.2016.

As such, I do not find any reason to reconsider the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11709 of 2017 (2) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 prayer for bail. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is, accordingly, rejected.
