JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram Mufassil P.S. Case No. 828 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report registered on the basis of complaint. The name of the petitioner has transpired during investigation alleging that he got the vehicle released after taking Rs.70,000/-. Similar fact is mentioned in the impugned order also.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19095 of 2017 (2) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram Mufassil P.S.
