KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of order dated 03.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29824 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical error in the prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No. 29824 of 2020 name and P.S. Case number has been mentioned as "Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No.199 of 2019" instead of "Kudhani P.S. Case No.424 of 2019", which accordingly carried in the order dated 03.02.2021. A prayer has been made for necessary correction of the name and P.S. Case number. Accordingly, let the name and P.S. Case number as appearing in the order dated 03.02.2021 be corrected to read as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14455 of 2021(2) dt.05-03-2021 2/2 "Kudhani P.S. Case No.424 of 2019".

Modification petition stands allowed to the above extent.
