The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 421, 424, 409, 477A, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in brief is that the accused persons with dishonest intention misappropriated the customers' amount deposited in the bank for opening the account. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 07-12-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no other

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19015 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs. One lac in the court below subject to final outcome of the case.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs. One lac in the court below which will be subject to final outcome of the case. On doing so, the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 54 of 2018.
