The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is a case of assault upon the Home Guard Jawans by the accused persons.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the name of the petitioner came into light on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Golu Kumar. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Begusarai in connection with Town P.S.
