The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Section 427 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant made allegation that the accused came and made firing while he was constructing his house. It appears that a title suit is pending between the parties and on account of construction of a house, the dispute arose. Nothing was found at the place of occurrence to show that any firing was made. Nobody was injured.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6804 of 2015 (2) dt.19-02-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Hulashganj P.S. Case No. 74/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
