The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 367 of 2016 registered under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Accusation is that on getting secret information about gathering of the miscreants, who were making plan near Belhariya More for committing serious offence, the police reached there and apprehended four persons including the petitioner and on search petitioner was found in possession of six live cartridges and one mobile sim and other persons were also found in possession of Katta and cartridges.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-6, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 367 of 2016. Out of the two sureties, one must be close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he/she is related with the petitioner.
