The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Siwaipatti PS. Case No.142 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections272, 273, 420, 120B IPC and 30(a) and 33 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the fact that earlier also the petitioner was made accused in similar case, the Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application is, accordingly, rejected.

However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail. On making such application the court below shall dispose of the application for regular bail on the same day without being
