Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 341 of 2016 registered under Sections272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47 (C) (d) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016 .
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for recovery of only 10 liters of Mahua wine petitioner has been in custody since 03.02.2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16854 of 2017 (2) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 341 of 2016.
