2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"to direct the respondents particularly the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna to give the total amount of compensation amounting to Rs.2,54,097/- and to direct the respondents to enhance the rate of compensation as per the new rate as amendment made in the Provisions."

3. A counter affidavit has come according to which the matter has been referred to Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Patna for deciding the Title and Claim of the petitioner vide letter no. 2711 dated 26.01.2016.
4. The copy of the counter affidavit was served upon the petitioner on 02.04.2018 and and there is no rebuttal.
5. This Court is convinced that since the matter has been referred to LARRA, no further order can be passed.
6. However, since there is no appearance, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) vinayak/- U
