The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 629 of 2020 registered under Sections 272, 273, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 30 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and 25(1-b)A/26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics in collusion with the police. Further he submits that on perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 629 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
