2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 600 of 2022 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 13.12.2022 by the informant, Arinjay Kumar Singh.

3. As per the prosecution story, unknown persons wearing mask on the motorcycle, on the point of gun took away Rs. 20,027/- from the petrol pump employees. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a bare perusal of the FIR would show that it is against unknown and he has been implicated falsely in this case.

5. Learned APP for the State points out that he has criminal antecedent of the same nature inasmuch as there are three cases against him of the same nature.

6. Considering the allegation that has come against the petitioner as also the criminal antecedent, it would be appropriate that he seek bail.
