2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 328 , 307 and 120 ( B ) of IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, the marriage of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner, Gautam Kumar Sharma, in the year 2013, after which she commenced residing at her matrimonial home. It is further alleged that on 04.06.2015, at approximately 07:00 AM, the petitioner, in connivance with other co-accused persons, forcibly administered adulterated tea to the informant, consequent to

The incident is stated to have occurred when the informant had gone to a hotel to deliberate upon the pending case she had previously instituted against the petitioner for having allegedly abandoned and deserted her merely three months after the marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the vicitm. By filing supplementary affidavit, it is further submitted that due to the intervention of well-wishers of both parties, the case has been compromised, and for the same, a compromise petition has been filed in the court below and both the petitioner and informant are living happily together.

5 . Learned counsel for the APP for the State does not controvert the contention made on behalf of petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that matter has been compromised in between the parties and other circumstances of the case , this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
