2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Garkha P.S Case No. 688 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per prosecution case, as alleged petitioner along with co-accused have fired and assaulted the informant by means of knife and Panjar due to which he sustained injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner is not the assailant of the informant rather he had only caught hold and subsequently fired but no one injured in this case by the firing of this petitioner. 5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order and also considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail after commitment of the case on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M 4th Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S Case No. 688 of 2023.
7. The trial court is directed to conclude the proceeding of commitment of the case within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) Mayank/- U T
