On the disclosure made by Kamod Ram who was apprehended by Darbhanga police, house of petitioner was raided and during course thereof, one cartridge and a country made Katta are said to have been recovered from the roof. As has been pleaded, the house is jointly occupied and further, being under custody since 08.12.2019 having no criminal antecedents as per para-3 of the petition, petitioner, Mahabir Sahni is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai PS Case No. 302 of 2019.
