Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "That this is an application for issuance of
Patna High Court CWJC No.3408 of 2022 dt.27-04-2022 2/3 a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) for commanding and directing the respondent authority to pay admitted dues of the petitioner for the work done under the direction of the respondent no. 6 as contained in letter no. 122 dated 20.02.2021 with interest and cost of litigation and/or for issuance of such order(s)/direction(s) to the respondent authorities for which he may be found legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated hereinafter;"
After the matter was heard for some time, finding the Court not in favour of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petitioner will be content if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum and to take recourse to such other alternate remedies which are equally efficacious in law.
Prayer allowed.
It stands clarified that all issues of fact and law are left open to be agitated before the competent authority. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the
