Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 62 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2022 and there is a recovery of 100 liters of illicit liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12533 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.-I, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S.
