For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Sanjay Kumar For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Ram Shankar Das (Spl.Pp) ====================================================== CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-06-2015 The petitioners apprehend arrest in relation to Mali Police Station (PS) Case No 8 of 2015 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (i) (x) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is submitted that informant is in the habit of lodging such cases for blackmailing and to collect money. Earlier also a case was filed which was compromised after taking Rs 25,000/- as compromise money. Otherwise there is hardly anything on record to justify the allegations.

Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest or

No.17749 of 2015 (2) dt.10-06-2015 surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners abovenamed shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Mali PS Case No 8 of 2015 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
