This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 461, 369, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is of committing theft of two mobile phones and cash of Rs. 3000/- from the purse of the informant in his house.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and he has been implicated in this case on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 03.09. 2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, Sanjay Bahardar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Anand Kumar Singh- II, Sub Judge- V-Cum- A.C.J.M.-IV, Araria in connection with Kursakanta P.
