2. The petition has been filed alleging deliberate violation of the order of this Court dated 02.12.2015 passed in CWJC No. 12157 of 2015 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 3, Annexure-C whereof being an order dated 17.05.2015 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the averments made on behalf of the opposite party no. 3 that the aforesaid order dated 17.05.2015 passed by the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Bettiah has since been made the subject matter of a fresh writ petition which is pending in this Court.

5. In the circumstances, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
