Petitioner is accused in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 356 of 2016 registered under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He was doing labourer work in the house of the informant and when he demanded wages, the informant lodged the present case. The petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
