The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chatauni P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.1.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 45 liters liquor was seized.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge -VIIth -Cum-Special Judge,
