Heard learned counsel, Shri Shiv Shankar Sharma, appearing for contemnors.

At the very outset, learned counsel, Shri Shiv Shankar Sharma, submits that, no doubt, contemnors have committed fault but they are seeking unqualified apology with assurance to this court that they would not repeat such type of

Contemnor Lakshmeshwar Sharma, Advocate urges that he is a new entrant in the legal profession and he had no intention to tarnish the image of the court. Moreover, he seeks unqualified apology with folded hands.

In the aforesaid circumstance, we do not think it proper to take any stern action against the contemnors. However, both the contemnors are warned to be more cautious and careful in future while dealing with the courts and furthermore, it is made clear that they shall not repeat such type of act in future.

Accordingly, this contempt petition stands disposed of accepting show-cause filed on behalf of the contemnors. The personal appearance of both the contemnors is dispensed with.
