JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 150 of 2007 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B of the IPC pending in the court of learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua.

It is alleged that the informant's son was shot at by the co-accused Gabbar Pandey. The petitioner alleged to have caused injury to the informant.

Earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 16.04.2009 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50556 of 2008 considering the ground that he is 70% blind and aged about 74 years.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that now the petitioner is completely blind and is aged about 80 years.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7469 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 Since earlier anticipatory bail application was rejected after considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to interfere.

Accordingly, the application is rejected.
