The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death of the deceased by the inlaws of the family. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that they have no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her husband, namely, Pramod Ray and there is no demand of dowry from the petitioners. However, learned APP for the State opposed the anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur (Halai) P.S. Case No. 451 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
