In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 200 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per allegation, 9 liter of country made liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Looking to the quantity of liquor recovered as also the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
