The petitioner, being mother-in-law of the victim, apprehends her arrest in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-304B, 201, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Admittedly, after investigation, police found the case true under Section-364, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and, furthermore, the present case was lodged on 20-08-2014 i.e. after 13 days of getting information about the missing of victim from her matrimonial home and prior to institution of this case, the husband of the petitioner had already filed a Sanha before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda about the illegal demand of informant of the present case.

No.5716 of 2015 (2) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, the petitioner named above, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
