The petitioner seeks bail in Amba P.S. Case No. 103 of 2016 under Sections 30(ka) and 37(kha) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

The petitioner is the driver of the vehicle from which 400 pouch, each containing 200 ML country made liquor, was recovered from the possession of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 13.12.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Amba P.S. Case No.
