====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Town Sakari P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that informant on secret information seized truck bearing registration No. U.P.21BN-9666 from Sakari Industrial Area loaded with tin items. In course of search, the arrested persons disclosed the name of Arun Kedia and his brother Arbind Kedia who hired the truck for carrying the articles to Muzaffarpur Loha factory. The arrested persons disclosed their names and address who belong to Muradabad U.P. On demand, they did not produce any chit of paper with regard to the vehicle in question.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11489 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner submits that other coaccused persons with similar allegation have already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 21.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 10432 of 2019.

Petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Town Sakari P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
