There are certain allegations which are being made by the petitioner in the manner in which Aam Sabha is held as well as effort made to exclude the consideration of the petitioner from the said exercise of selection of Anganbari Sevika.

2. The apprehension of the petitioner may be justified or may not be justified. The competent authority, especially the District Programme Officer and C.D.P.O, must ensure that such selection is held in a fair and squarely manner.

3. Writ application is otherwise dismissed.
