This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act. Submission of the petitioner is that only seven liters of liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 31.12.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Case No. C-7 01/17 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, or successor Court.
