The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 458 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that while Mukesh Yadav and Sailesh Kumar, both sons of the informant, Parvati Devi, were engaged in cutting the fodder at the door, at that time, petitioner, along with Lallu Yadav and Sadhu Yadav, armed with lathi, started to abuse and cause assault to both the sons of the informant, causing blood oozing injury. When, informant rushed she was also assaulted.

Submission is that due to land dispute occurrence of marpeet took place in which petitioner also sustained injury, regarding which Rahui P.S. Case No. 459 of 2019 was instituted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9407 of 2020(2) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 against Sailesh Kumar, son of the informant and others. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 458 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
