The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 448, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that specific accusation of outraging the modesty of the informant is against co-accused Ram Pukar Kumar and Dhirendra Kumar. This petitioner is only alleged to be friend of aforesaid co-accused persons. There is no specific allegation of any misconduct against this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11655 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 6th cum Special Judge (POCSO Act), Jehanabad in connection with Banshi P.S. Case No. 27 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
