2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, total 2609.58 litres of illicit foreign liquor was recovered from different vehicles out of which 5.088 litres of illicit foreign liquor was recovered from the seized vehicle of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail petition and submits that petitioner is registered owner of the motorcycle from which the said recovery has been made.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the motorcycle from which the said recovery has been effected, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
