Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 448, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. According to FIR, both the petitioners caused injury at the head of Sushil Jha and and Sunil Kumar Jha with weapon of cutting. The Doctor has found consistent injury, however, the injured stated that in fact petitioner-Shravan Ram @ Sarban Ram had caused both the injuries. Petitioners are in custody since 10.01.2019.

No.12384 of 2019(3) dt.07-05-2019 2/2 Considering the nature of contradiction, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Raj Nagar Police Station Case No.189 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
