The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barhat P.S. Case No.81 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is a case and counter case and also there is a land dispute between the parties.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail by contending that the petitioner is alleged to have inflicted axe blow on the head of the informant Krishna Yadav due to which the informant got grievous injury. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. Having considered the facts aforesaid, this Court is
