The petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2017 in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul O.P.) P.S. Case No. 124 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 7(2) of the Bihar Protection of Enforcement of Depositors Act, 2002. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence, and he is the only employee of the Company in question. The petitioner, is in custody since 02.03.2017.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19723 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul O.P.) P.S. Case No. 124 of 2017.
