Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is notwithstanding the decision of the State Appellate Authority, the respondents are sitting tight over the matter and till date they have not implemented the order passed by the State Appellate Authority.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the concerned authority to implement the
