The petitioner is accused in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016, registered under Sections 353, 448, 341, 323,504, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 04.01.2016, informant being the Assistant teacher of Middle School Betari present in his school. At that time, petitioner along with others entered in the school campus and started abusing and assaulting informant and his brother-in-law and they also snatched cash of Rs. Five thousand from his pocket. It is further alleged that earlier petitioner had also misbehaved with the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S.
