JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would prefer statutory appeal against the impugned order in terms of Clause 32 of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the "Control Order, 2016"). Liberty is granted to the petitioner to do the same.
This application stands disposed of accordingly. If the petitioner applies for his remedy in terms of Clause 32 of the Control Order, 2016 within a period of 30 days from today, the same will be considered by the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi (Respondent no. 2) on it's own merit. In case any question of limitation arises for
