JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 11.05.2018 passed in CWJC No. 1147 of 2018, as contained in Annexure-12 to the writ petition. The relevant part of the aforesaid order is quoted below:- "In the matter of payment of salary the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3745 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 respondents are required to verify the record and ascertain whether the appointment of the petitioners is legal and valid and whether the petitioners have actually worked for the period they are claiming salary. Since the respondents have to take final decision on verification of the relevant records, the Court is hereby directing the respondent -District Programme Officer, Khagaria to verify the record and in case it is found that the petitioners' appointment is legal and valid and the petitioners have actually worked for the period they are claiming salary, ensure payment of arrears as well as current salary within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid the writ petition stands disposed of."
In order to maintain consistency, the present writ petition is disposed of in similar terms.
