JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-03-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a)(f) of the Excise Act.
From the house of the petitioners 40 Kgs of country made liquor and other equipments for manufacturing the same have been recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. A statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition.
Let learned Court below consider the prayer for bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks and prayer for bail in connection with G.O.
